Conference Registration Fees

Please note that these registration fees are separate from the ARVO registration fees.

Fees for registrations received prior to the conference
US$330 for delegates representing an academic establishment
US$495 for delegates from industry
US$195 for undergraduate students or those studying towards a post-graduate qualification*

Onsite registration fees
US$390 for delegates representing an academic establishment
US$580 for delegates from industry
US$225 for undergraduate students or those studying towards a post-graduate qualification*

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions
• Mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference program
• Abstract book available at the conference and conference documentation
• A special issue of Vision Research containing original papers by the invited speakers mailed to all registered delegates after the conference.

Please note: The registration fee does not include lunch on either conference day. Lunch options will be available for delegates on a cash basis.

* Student fees should be accompanied by a letter from your Head of Department attesting to student status.

Presenter Registration Deadline

Accepted poster presenters should register no later than March 9, 2007 in order to ensure that their material is included in the final program and the book of abstracts. Non-registered presentations will be withdrawn from the conference after this date.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Alternative payment methods
Checks should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by March 23, 2007 a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by April 6, 2007 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after April 6, 2007, or for no shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by the individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at the time of going to print, Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final program.
